At Sunrise Soaps we are committed to bringing you high quality natural
bars of soap. We craft our homemade soap using a “cold process”
method in small batches to ensure a high quality bar of soap every time.
All of our formulas have been pH tested, then tried & tested not only
by us, but also by our friends and family; in other words “human”
tested for safety and quality. |
You will not find any lard, tallow, petroleum products, synthetic fragrance
oils, colorants or preservatives in our soaps. We only use
100% pure food grade Vegetable Oils.
Caustic Soda otherwise known as lye is used to saponify
(turn the oils into soap.) Our soap is scented using only high quality
Essential Oils and
herbal/botanical infusions–
we love that they come from nature, smell wonderful and are beneficial to the senses.

Milk has been used as a cleanser for centuries and we have formulated
our soap with goat milk for a bar that is nourishing and soothing to the
skin. Due to the somewhat difficult nature of making milk soaps many soaps
are made with milk powders or condensed milk. Sunrise Soaps uses only
fresh, pasteurized, undiluted goat milk in our goat milk soaps. If you
are purchasing goat milk soap from us, you can be sure that you are getting
a bar using 100% goat milk. Also, for packaging purposes, our soaps are
labeled as 4oz. bars. We minimally trim our soaps to give you more soap
for your money, therefore none of our bars weigh less than 4 oz. and in
fact the majority of them are well over 4oz. bars.

We do not use any artificial hardening agents in our soaps that a lot
of commercial bars do. To ensure that your bar of soap lasts as long as
it can, allow it to dry out between uses; this is best done by storing
it in a soap dish that allows the water to drain from the bar. We strongly
recommend the type that suction to the wall of the shower so you can position
it out of the path of the showerhead.
